Courtland is a non-smoking guest house located in the quieter, level South Ward area of Weston-super-Mare.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in our contemporary dining room at individual tables from 8am to 9am. We offer a varied menu and are happy to cater for any specific dietary needs. Please advise prior to arrival.

Rooms

All our rooms are individually decorated and have their own thermostatic controls for heating, complimentary tea and coffee with facilities in each room, remote control colour T.V's and own keys for access at all times.

Hairdryers and irons are available on request.

Parking

We have off-road parking available for several vehicles and additional, unrestricted parking on the road.

Additional Notes

• Sorry but we do not accept Hen or Stag Parties
• Since we do not have a family room, we cannot accommodate children under 10 years of age
• Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement but cannot be left unattended in bedrooms
• Subject to availability, we are happy to offer double rooms as singles with a supplement
